Please note that all applicants over the age of 18 must complete the application process. We’re proud to offer a straightforward leasing experience with no security deposit and no hidden fees. Once your application is approved, last month’s rent is due within 24 hours to secure your apartment.

While tours at 301 North are available by appointment, our main leasing office located in Stoneham, MA is open Monday through Friday from 9am–4pm and assists with leasing and resident inquiries for this community.
301 North Ave features 12 boutique one-bedroom apartments with premium finishes.
Hot water, water, sewer, and trash removal are included. Residents are responsible for electricity.
Yes. Underground garage parking is available for $100 per month per vehicle. Free, unassigned outdoor parking is also available, with one outdoor space per licensed driver on the lease (up to two per apartment).
Yes. Each apartment comes with one dedicated storage unit located in the garage.
No. The community is not pet friendly.
The building features a video access buzzer system, secure key fob entry, and controlled-access common areas.
Xfinity services the building, offering high-speed internet and cable options. Residents can choose from a variety of plans to meet their streaming, work-from-home, and entertainment needs.
Yes. Residents must maintain a $100,000 liability renters insurance policy.
Rent can be paid online through the resident portal.
